| 摘 要： | 利用液体传递压强的原理构建液压测力传感器,它主要由储液缸、承载液体、变送器和荷载分散板4个部分组成.储液缸内的液体将承受的荷载转换成液体压强,变送器测量出液体压强,并直接转换成力值显示.文中对液压测力传感器的结构设计和制作工艺进行了描述,在此基础上对它的力值传感、温度影响、疲劳性能和长效静态性能等进行了试验研究.研究结果表明:液压测力传感器的传感性能良好,受温度影响小,疲劳试验前后能满足测童要求,并适用于预应力锚索索力长期测量.
