精密超声波温度测量仪设计

摘    要:利用超声波在介质中传播速度随温度变化而变化的特点,设计了一种新型精密温度测量仪,该测量仪兼有低成本与高精度的特点.采用特殊的软件细分算法对采集数据进行处理,给出了实现该设计所需要的硬件电路图和软件算法流程图,并对测量仪的分辨率进行了分析.分析结果显示设计实现了超声波ns级微小时间的测量,使超声波测温技术在实际运用中的关键问题得以解决,从而使测量结果的分辨率优于0.001℃.
