提高16MnR钢探伤合格率的工艺研究

摘    要:对30t顶吹转炉冶炼的16MnR钢板的生产工艺进行了改进试验。通过降低钢中硫,氧含量,减少夹杂物及改善其分布以及调整控轧工艺等一系列措施,使≤25mm板材的超声探伤合格率获得大幅度提高。

Abstract:The new production process was practiced to the 16MnR steel plate melted by 30t top blowing converter.The pass ratio of ultrasonic detection for the plate of which the thickness is less than 25mm was improved greatly through some measurements,such as reducing the amount of S and O in steel,decreasing the inclusions quantity and distribution,and adjusting the controlled rolling process.
