二氧化氯催化氧化技术处理烟草污水

摘    要:论述了二氧化氯催化氧化技术处理烟草废水的处理效果,研究了影响催化氧化的几个主要因素。试验结果表明,在自制催化剂作用下,ClO2催化氧化处理烟草废水的CODCr平均去除率达88.6%。通过催化氧化实验确定了ClO2催化氧化处理烟草废水的最佳工艺条件为:氧化剂用量为0.2mg/mL,pH=3~7,催化剂4.0 g,反应时间45 min。催化剂可以重复使用5~6次以上。

Abstract:The catalytic oxidation(CO) activity of chlorine dioxide was measured with tobacco-wastewater as feedstock.The effect of main factors on the catalytic oxidation activity were investigated.The results indicate that in the presnt of self-made catalyst,chlorine dioxide is excellent for tobacco-wastewater treatment,the removal rate of CODCr can reach 88.6%.The best technological conditions are as follows: oxidant agent 0.2 mg/mL,catalyst 4.0 g,reaction time 45 min,pH = 3 ~ 7.The catalyst can be reused above 5 times.
