| 摘 要： | 依据国家现行规范要求和海洋石油设施清洗工程经验,提出了海洋石油平台弃置设施清洗施工程序,并对清洗过程中的环境影响因素进行了分析,概括了清洗废液的处理方法,对海洋石油平台弃置项目的实施具有指导性意义.
