对工科院校大学生创业教育的思考

分析当前大学生创业教育存在的问题,从创业教育是高等教育发展的制高点的观点出发,用21世纪高等教育的新理念引导学生:"高等教育应主要关心培养创业技能和主动精神;毕业生不再仅仅是求职者,首先将成为工作岗位的创造者".阐述了开展求真质疑教到一专多能、完善导师制度、建立有创新意识的教师队伍是大学生进行创业教育的有效途径.

On Carve-Out Education in Colleges of Engineering

This thesis focuses on the problems in carve-out education to undergraduates nowadays.It picks up the view of"The higher education should concern the training of carve-out skills and initiative spirit;graduates are not only job seekers,they should also be post creators".Undergraduates should be armed with the new idea of higher education in the 21st century that carve-out education is the commanding elevation of higher education.Meanwhile,the thesis discusses the efficient ways of carve-out education,such as the development of innovative education and query education;expert in one thing and good at many;good professional programming;perfect teaching policy,etc.
