二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置技改小结

介绍了改进型CO2汽提法尿素生产工艺的优点，分析了装置生产运行中存在低压吸收压力偏高、甲铵液浓度低、产品质量不稳定、解吸带液等问题的原因，提出了相应改进措施。改进结果表明：装置可稳定在低耗状态下运行，年平均吨尿素耗氨573kg，耗蒸汽0．93t。

Technical Summarization for Urea Plant with CO2 Stripping Method

Advantages were introduced for urea production process with modified CO2 stripping method,author has analyzed the cause of problems existing in production of plant,such as: low pressure absorption pressure being at high side,low concentration of carbamate solution,unstable quality of product and liquid entrainment in desorption etc.,the appropriate improvement measures were proposed.The improvement result indicates that the plant can be stabilized operating under the condition of low consume,the annual average consume per ton of urea is 573kg/a for ammonia,and 0.39 t/a for steam.
