苏州中银惠龙大厦超限高层结构设计

摘    要:介绍了位于抗震设防六度区的苏州中银惠龙大厦带转换层超限高层结构的地基基础设计、主体结构抗震设计和抗震构造措施以及主要计算结果,并介绍了能承受较大不均匀荷载的并联双工字形型钢混凝土柱的设计。指出超限高层的结构设计更应注重抗震概念设计,从总体把握结构的抗震性能,加强抗震构造措施;采用圆钢管混凝土柱是减小柱截面尺寸、同时提高柱延性的有效办法。

Abstract:The foundation design,seismic design,details of seismic design and mainly calculation result are introduced in Suzhou Zhongyin Huilong mansion,which is an out-of codes high-rise building.Also the design of double I shape steel reinforced concrete composite column(DISRCC),which supports large transfer beam,is stated here.Point out that it is more important to lay emphasis on aseismic concept design for out-of-codes high-rise buildings and strengthen details of seismic design,it is an effective method to use concrete-filled steel tubular column to reduce column section and raise ductility,DISRCC can increase bent inflexibility,load capacity greatly and quality guarantee.
