The foundation design,seismic design,details of seismic design and mainly calculation result are introduced in Suzhou Zhongyin Huilong mansion,which is an out-of codes high-rise building.Also the design of double I shape steel reinforced concrete composite column(DISRCC),which supports large transfer beam,is stated here.Point out that it is more important to lay emphasis on aseismic concept design for out-of-codes high-rise buildings and strengthen details of seismic design,it is an effective method to use concrete-filled steel tubular column to reduce column section and raise ductility,DISRCC can increase bent inflexibility,load capacity greatly and quality guarantee.
