摘    要:新一代产品几何规范(GPS)标准体系以计量学为基础,对形位误差的规范评定提出了更高的要求.在分析轴线对平面垂直度误差定义以及测量方法的基础上,运用最小二乘法的垂直度评定模型,对模型进行坐标系转换,使得被测要素和测量要素的参考坐标系统一,简化了评定模式.实例表明,该方法符合新一代产品几何规范标准的要求,能够正确、有效地评定空间轴线对平面在任意方向上的垂直度误差.

Abstract:On the basis of metrology,higher specification requirements for position tolerance evaluation in geometrical product specifications(GPS) standard system was proposed.Based on the analysis of the perpendicularity error definition of the axis to the plane and the measurement method,the least square method of parallel evaluation model was used for the model coordinate system transformation,so it could unify the elements of the tested elements and reference elements to simplify the assessment mode.The examples show that the method not only accords geometrical product specifications standards,but also can evaluate the perpendicularity error of axis to plane accurately and effectively.
