玻璃粉对低温超音速火焰喷涂钛涂层的显微结构和气密性的影响

摘    要:采用低温超音速火焰喷涂技术,用添加了球形玻璃粉的钛粉末,在多孔不锈钢表面沉积了钛涂层.用SEM,EDS等对涂层的显微结构进行了表征,并对涂层的气密性进行了测试.结果表明:涂层由近表面的疏松结构区和内部致密区组成,添加玻璃粉末可明显提高涂层的致密度,观察到有少量玻璃粉残留在涂层中.当玻璃粉/钛粉的体积比为1/15时,涂层具有较高的致密度和沉积率.涂层的气密性测试结果表明,抛光态钛涂层的气密性明显优于喷涂态涂层,而当玻璃粉/钛粉的体积比为1/15时,喷涂态和抛光态钛涂层都具有较高的气密性.钛涂层致密度和气密性的提高是由于球形玻璃粉对沉积钛涂层的喷丸夯实作用

Abstract:Ti coatings were prepared on porous stainless steel substrate via low temperature HVOF process with mixture of Ti and spherical glass powder as feedstocks.The microstructure of Ti coatings was characterized by SEM and EDS,and the gas tightness of Ti coatings was also measured in this paper.The results indicated that Ti coatings were composed by loose subsurface and relatively dense interior zone,and the coating density could be greatly improved by adding spherical glass powder even though slight glass powder observed in the coatings.When the volume ratio of glass to Ti powder was about 1/15,Ti coating owned relatively higher density and deposition efficiency.The gas tightness result indicated that the gas tightness for as polished Ti coating was far higher than that of as sprayed Ti coating.When the volume ratio of glass to Ti powder was about 1/15,Ti coatings exhibited higher gas tightness.The improvement in density and gas tightness for Ti coatings was attributed to the shot peening effect of spherical glass powder upon Ti coating.
