本文分析了当前我国高层建筑工程造价的现状,结合现行体制的弊端和工程造价领域存在的突出问题,主要针对设计阶段提出相应的改革措施以降低项目成本,控制工程造价,为我国的建筑工程造价管理提供理论参考。

Analysis and Control of the High-rise Building Project Cost

This paper analyzes the present situation of the current cost of high-rise building projects in China, combined with the outstanding problems existing in the present system and the malpractice of the engineering, mainly aims at the design stage and puts forward the corresponding measures to reduce the project cost, control project cost, to provide theoretical reference for China＇s construction project cost management.
