微絮凝-深床直接过滤及工艺参数研究

摘    要:针对北京市水源九厂的低浊水质进行了将聚合氯化铝应用于微絮凝-深床直接过滤工艺的中试,讨论了滤档深度与质超大粒径的滤料优选、直接过滤过程最佳化学与水力学参数以及反冲洗技术参数的优化及其影响因素,最后与现有水厂运行处理的综合效能有经济效益进行了对比,为微絮凝-深床过滤工艺的实际应用提供了基础研究依据。

Abstract:Pilot study on micro-flocculation/deep bed direct filtration process with the addition of polyaluminum chloride (PAC) was made in accordance with the quality of low turbidity water in Beijing No. 9 Water Supply Plant. The study focused on the preference of bed height and homogeneous media with ultra size, and the optimal chemical and hydraulic parameters of direct filtration process, as well as the optimization of backwashing. All of these were compared with overall treatment efficiency and economic benefit in the existing water plant, and thus providing a basis for the practical application of micro-flocculation/deep bed filtration process.
