摘    要:对打散分级机和V型选粉机组成的两种挤压联合粉磨系统的实际应用进行了增产节能效果评价,并结合生产和产品质量分析了其工艺技术特点,“多挤少磨”是挤压联合粉磨系统节能优势所在。水泥生产的节能空间仍很大,国产辊压机及其先进粉磨工艺技术为此提供了有效的途径。

Sufficient and Energy Squeezer Combined Grinding Saving Roll System

Abstract:This article evaluates the effect of productivity increase and energy saving of two extrusion union grinding systems made up of scatter grading device and V -type powder classifier, and analyzes its technique features combined with production and product quality. "More extrusion and less grinding" is the energy saving advantage of union extrusion grinding system. The energy efficient space of cement production is still large, and roll squeezers made in China and their advanced grinding techniques provide effective methods for it.
