催化裂化废催化剂回收磁分离技术的研究进展

摘    要:催化裂化原料油中的重金属不断地沉积在催化剂表面,使催化剂中毒,降低了其活性和选择性,导致氢气、焦碳量增加,目的产物汽柴油收率下降。采用磁分离技术回收被污染的催化剂是简捷有效的手段,文中综述了磁分离回收技术的研究进展。

Abstract:Under the critical condition of FCCU,heavy metals continuously deposited on the surface of catalyst,which caused the catalyst to be poisoned,reduced the its activity and selectivity,and led to increase of hydrogen and coke content and decrease of diesel as target product. The application of magnetic separation technology for recovery of polluted catalyst is a simple,quick and effective measure. This paper summarized the research progress of the magnetic separation recovery technology.
