摘    要:针对以天然气为原料制取费-托合成气的成本过高、炼油厂干气得不到充分利用的现状,文中探讨了炼油厂干气的预处理和分离工艺、烯烃饱和-脱硫工艺以及合成气制备工艺。提出将3种工艺组合应用,以干气为原料制备合成气,开辟了炼油厂干气利用的新途径。

Abstract:The cost for raw material is very high in using natural gas to produce syngas in F-T synthesis process.At the same time,refinery dry gas has not been fully utilized.According to the current situation,the pretreatment and separation process of refinery dry gas,saturated-desulfurized process of olefin,and preparation process of syngas are introduced in this article.The conclusion is that if the above-mentioned three processes be combined together,the existing refinery dry gas can meet the requirements for syngas.Then there would be a new way not only for making full use of refinery dry gas,but for saving energy and improving efficiency.
