拉细羊毛微悬浮体染色

摘    要:采用Lanaset系列染料以微悬浮体工艺对拉细羊毛进行染色,比较了微悬浮体染色和传统染色工艺对拉细羊毛的染色性能以及羊毛的损伤程度的影响。结果表明,采用微悬浮体染色工艺比传统染色工艺缩短染色时间约40%,减小了纤维在染色过程中所受的损伤(降低碱溶解度2%),改善了染品手感,且色牢度指标与传统染色样品相当。

Abstract:The micro-suspension dyeing technique was employed to the optim fiber dyeing with Lanaset dyestuffs. The compar-ison of the micro-suspension dyeing with the traditional dyeing was made concerning optim fiber dyeing properties and damage degree. In the micro-suspension dyeing system ,dyeing time was reduced by 40%. The fiber dyed by micro-suspension tech-nique featured less damage (alkali solubility decreased by 2%), improved handle, similar color fastness to that of traditional dyed sample.
