基于MATLAB的转油站掺水控制系统的仿真分析

摘    要:在油田生产过程中,常采用掺水方式确保正常生产,由于没有明确的流量计量,造成了电能的浪费。为此进行转油站掺水电机变频调速系统的研究与设计,在该系统中加入注水管网的压力值,构成一个闭环调速系统,采集泵前、泵后压力值和变频装置电压、电流值,通过BP神经网络及小波变换对数据进行处理,通过频率变化控制掺水量大小,达到节能的目的。

Abstract:In the process of oilfield production,blending water is often used to ensure normal production.There was no definite flows is measured,cause the result of energy wasted.This topic is to research and study about the system of oil blending of variable frequency speed regulation and adding water disposal system pressure value which constitutes a closed-loop control system.After collecting pump pressure value,variable frequency device′s voltage and current to the neural network.Processing the data by BP neural network and wavelet transform.Controlling frequency to change the volume of water is to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
