| 摘 要： | 本文以法国施耐德公司NUM1020数控系统与PC机通讯过程为例，开发了一种利用WINDOWS自带的超级终端程序HYPERTRM．EXE实现PC机与数控系统进行数据通讯的简单而实用的新方法。通过这种方式，不仅可以实现基于Windows及Windows NT操作系统下PC机与NUM1020、FANUC-0及西门子Acramatic2100数控系统的数据通讯及“滴注式”(drip fed)加工，而且解决了目前许多通讯软件的操作界面及使用操作方法各不相同产生的混乱问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the communication between the NUM1020 NC system and PC, a new communication method between NC system and PC was carried out by running the program of HYPERTRM,EXE possessing by Windows OS or Windows NT OS. By the method, the communication and'drip fed' block by block from the PC based on Windows OS and Windows NT OS was fulfilled,and the problem from the different operating menu and operating method of many communication software was also solved. |
