拘束焊接头应力应变的数值计算

摘    要:采用有限元法对拘束焊进行模拟分析,发现拘束焊在有效控制焊接残余角变形的同时并不会使残余应力有很大增加,从而证明了拘束焊控制残余角变形的有效性、可行性。通过对不同厚度钢板的拘束焊问题的研究,计算出了不同厚度钢板拘束焊时所需的拘束力和拘束长度。利用最小二乘法,总结出了拘束力和拘束长度与板厚之间的简单关系,可用以指导实际生产。

Abstract:The restraint welding is studied with finite-element method in this paper.It is found that the restraint welding can effectively control the residual angular distortion,bringing about little grows of the welding residual stress. Therefore,controlling the residual angular distortion by restraint welding is approved to be effective and feasible.Through studying the restraint welding of steel plates with different thickness,the restraint intensity and position is calculated.The relation between the restraint intensity or position and the thickness is generalized respectively,which provides virtual guidance to the production practice.
