摘    要:检定工作用辐射测温仪时,应按照规程和产品说明书要求,在适当的距离上瞄准黑体源腔体的中心点,否则,会对检定准确性产生一定影响。常规手动的瞄准方法,瞄准的准确性和重复性都差。本文提出了一种工作用辐射温度计检定装置自动瞄准系统,不仅可以提高工作效率,更能降低辐射温度计的辐射源尺寸效应,提高检定准确度。

Abstract:When calibration the raditation thermometers,it should be made to aim at the crave center point of the blackbody radiation source in accordance with the regulation and the product’s instruction in proper distance,otherwise an inaccuracy will results. Because of a bad accuracy and repetitiveness of routine hand aiming,an Automatic Aiming System for the calibration of radiation thermometers was proposed,which can not only enhance the working efficiency,but aslo reduce the size-of-source effect for a higher calibration accuracy.
