摘    要:用5 L聚合釜装置,以70 m^3聚合釜引发剂配方体系数据为基础,验证B厂家引发剂等量替代A厂家同型号引发剂工业化生产SG5型PVC树脂的可行性;并针对106 m^3釜反应后期超温超压现象,以试验数据为基础提出引发剂用量调整办法。指出5 L聚合釜装置可为大型聚合釜工业化PVC生产配方中引发剂的优化和调整、排除生产中出现的问题提供技术指导,达到降本增效目的。

Abstract:Based on the initiator formula for producing PVC SG5 in 70-m^3 polymerizer,the feasibility of replacing the equivalent amount of initiator from A manufacturer with the same type initiator from B manufacturer was verified in a 5-L polymerizer.In view of the phenomenon of overtemperature and overpressure in the later polymerization stage in 106 m^3 polymerizer,the method of adjusting the initiator dosage was put forward based on the test data.So the 5-L polymerizer could provide technical guidance on the optimization and adjustment of initiator for industrial PVC production in large polymerizer and on troubleshooting in production,so as to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
