| 摘 要： | 军事计量是提高武器装备战备完好性的重要手段之一,在保障武器装备作战效能上发挥着重要作用。本文对美俄军事计量体系现状、特点等进行了系统梳理和分析,并结合当前现状,浅谈了美俄经验对我们计量保障工作开展的启示。

| Abstract: | Military metrology is one of the important means to improve the operational readiness of weapons and equipment,and plays an important role in ensuring the operational effectiveness. This article systematically analyzes the current status and characteristics of the US and Russian military metrology systems. Based on our current status,it discusses the enlightenment of the US and Russian experience to our measurement support work. |
