摘    要:针对电石卸料、预破过程中存在的粉尘污染、管道积灰、安全性差等问题,开发了电石汽车卸料预破除尘一体系统,对其工艺流程、系统组成、应用效果进行了介绍。

Abstract:In view of the problems of dust pollution,ash deposition in pipeline and poor safety in the process of unloading and pre-breaking carbide,an integrated system of unloading carbide from truck,pre-breaking and dedusting was developed.The technological process,composition and application effects of the system were introduced.
