摘    要:针对三相VIENNA整流器谐波畸变率高、功率因数低等问题,本研究以三相VIENNA整流器为研究对象,研究了拓扑结构、基本工作模态、功率因数、控制方法、仿真等。采用电压外环电流内环的滞环控制策略,并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件进行开环以及闭环的模拟仿真,通过仿真的对比和试验,结果表明:使用滞环控制策略的三相VIENNA整流器可以满足直流侧稳压输出和功率因数校正等要求,同时也降低了交流侧输入电流的谐波含量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high harmonic distortion rate and low power factor of three-phase VIENNA rectifier,this paper takes three-phase VIENNA rectifier as the research object,and studies its topology structure,basic working mode,power factor,control method and simulation.The hysteresis control strategy of voltage outer loop and current inner loop is adopted to control it.The open loop and closed loop control strategies are simulated by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.The comparison of simulation and experimental verification show that the three-phase VIENNA rectifier using hysteresis control strategy can meet the requirements of DC side voltage stabilized output and power factor correction,and at the same time it also reduces.The harmonic content of the input current on the AC side is reduced.
