高压缸启动机组甩负荷工况下OPC功能研究

摘    要:阐述高压缸启动汽轮发电机组超速保护控制(OPC)功能及特点,对机组甩负荷工况下OPC功能进行分析,针对机组甩负荷后OPC频繁动作难以有效抑制汽轮机转速飞升,DEH系统难以快速维持转速稳定的问题,通过优化运行方式、改进控制逻辑、合理设置延时、增加保护条件等具体措施,有效减少了OPC动作次数,保证了机组和电网运行安全。

Abstract:On the basis of overspeed protection control(OPC)function and characteristics of the steam turbine generator under the high-pressure cylinder start-up mode,the OPC function under the load rejection condition of the unit is analyzed.It is difficult to effectively suppress the steam turbine speed soaring after the unit load rejection by OPC.DEH is difficult to quickly maintain stable speed.By optimizing the operation mode,improving the control logic,setting the delay time reasonably,and increasing the protection conditions,the number of OPC actions is effectively reduced.The operation safety of the unit and the power grid are ensured.
