蒸汽管道用高温隔热管托选型研究

摘    要:分析管道通过钢制管托产生热量损失的原因,对不同类型高温隔热管托进行选型分析,确定了选用的基本结构型式,代替原全钢制管托以切断管道与管托之间的热桥效应,为蒸汽管道管托节能高效运行提供了定量、定性依据,为下一步在新建项目中蒸汽管道用高温隔热管托的选型应用提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analyses the causes of the pipeline heat loss through the steel pipe bracket.It makes the type selection analysis for the different types of the high temperature heat insulation pipe bracket.It determines the basic structure type selected,and it replaces the original all-steel pipe bracket to cut off the heat bridge effect between pipeline and pipe bracket which provides quantitative and qualitative basis for energy-saving and efficient operation of steam pipe bracket.It provides the high temperature for the steam pipe bracket in new construction projects.The selection and the application of the heat insulation pipe bracket can provide the reference for the application.
