超低固汞触媒在电石法氯乙烯生产中的应用

摘    要:介绍了超低固汞触媒在内蒙古亿利化学工业有限公司氯乙烯装置上的应用,指出超低固汞触媒可以有效降低氯化汞消耗量,进而降低汞的排放。超低固汞触媒催化活性与低汞触媒活性相当,可以满足现有装置的生产要求。

Abstract:The application of ultra-low solid mercury catalysts in the VCM units of Inner Mongolia Elion Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.It was pointed out that the ultra-low solid mercury catalysts could effectively reduce the consumption of mercuric chloride,and then reduce the emission of mercury.The catalytic activity of ultra-low solid mercury catalysts was equivalent to that of low mercury catalyst,and could meet the production of existing units.
