| 摘 要： | 力传感器是能将力信号转换成电信号的器件或装置,在各行业中应用广泛。本文介绍一套2000t力传感器自动加载检定装置的研制方案和设计思路,检定装置的准确度等级为0.3级,可对1.0级及以下等级力传感器进行量值传递。检定装置能实现自动加载与记录功能,具有操作简便、控制精度高、运行可靠、稳定性好等特点,对开展力传感器的计量工作有极大的推动作用和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Force sensor is a kind of device that can transform force signal into electrical signal,which is widely applied to various industries.This article is going to expound the research and design ideas of 2000 t force sensor automatic loading verification device,the accuracy class of device is grade 0.3,which can be used to transmit value for force sensor of class 1.0 and below.The device possesses the function of automatic loading,and it also possesses the characteristic of simple operation,high control precision,reliable operation and better stability,it is significant and instrumental in the metrology of force sensor. |
