校城融合背景下地方高校大学生志愿服务工作长效机制研究

志愿服务秉承奉献、友爱、互助、进步的宗旨和理念，是现代社会文明进步的重要标志，更是人民有信仰、国家有力量、民族有希望的生动体现。吉林化工学院自2013年以来，把志愿服务与人才培养、社会服务相结合，建立健全“学校主体，地方联动”的志愿服务工作长效机制，开发了一批志愿服务工作项目，共建了一批志愿服务基地，形成了志愿服务品牌，越来越多的大学生通过志愿服务在社会服务中成长成才。

Study on the Long-term System of Volunteer Service for Local College Students under the Background of School-City Integration

Volunteer service, adhering to the purpose and concept of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress, is an important symbol of the progress of modern civilization, and also a vivid reflection of the people's beliefs, the strength of the country and the hope of the nation. Since 2013, Jilin Institute of Chemical Industry has integrated volunteer service with personnel training and social service, established and improved the long-term mechanism of volunteer service work of "school main body, local linkage", developed a number of volunteer service projects, built a number of volunteer service bases, and formed a number of volunteer service brands. Many college students grow up through voluntary service in social service.
