融入军用飞机研制设计流程的计量保证技术研究

为保障自主研制军用飞机技战指标及其配套产品关键性能参数单位统一、量值准确可靠,在完成基于量值溯源体系的传统计量保证工作的基础上,应推动计量需求融入设计流程。型号计量保证应在方案设计阶段做好顶层设计和规划,紧密把握各研制阶段特点和工作重点匹配计量资源。实现计量保证工作全面融入到研制全过程中具体实施,建立与研制工作同步的计量保障能力。

Research on Measurement Guarantee Technology Integrated into Military Aircraft Design Process

In order to ensure the quantity of warfare indicators and the key performance parameters during the independent development of the military aircraft and supporting products. On the basis of the traditional measurement assurance work based on the value-based traceability system,the measurement requirements should be integrated into the design process. The designer should do the top-level design and planning in the design stage of the project,and closely grasp the characteristics and work priorities of each development stage,so as to better configure the measurement resources. The measurement assurance work will be fully integrated into the whole process of the development process,and the measurement support capability synchronized with the development work will be established.
