地方工科院校工程应用型人才培养的发展战略分析

运用现代战略管理分析法,在把握优势、攻克劣势、抓住机会、规避威胁的基础上,对地方工科院校工程应用型人才培养进行了全面而系统地分析。首先运用PEST分析法对外部环境和外部机会进行分析,再运用波特五力分析法对外部威胁进行分析,最后将上述分析过程所得的结果共同纳入到SWOT分析法中,深入剖析工程应用型人才培养发展战略,并提出应对策略,为切实提高人才培养质量指明方向。

Analysis on the Development Strategies of Engineering Applied Talents Training in Local Engineering Colleges

We have made a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the engineering applied talents training in local engineering colleges, by using the modern strategic management analysis methods, on the basis of grasping the advantages, overcoming the disadvantages, seizing the opportunities and avoiding the threats. Firstly, PEST analysis is used to analyze the external environment and opportunities, then Porter's five forces analysis is applied to analyze the external threats, finally, the results of the above analysis process are incorporated into the SWOT analysis, analyzing the developing strategies of Engineering application-oriented talents training in-depth and putting forward countermeasures, in order to effectively improve the quality of personnel training.
