摘    要:介绍了低汞触媒在氯乙烯合成中的应用情况,对低汞触媒的使用寿命进行了初步研究,确定了低汞触媒使用不同阶段的气体流速、温度控制方案,并分析了温度、原料气水含量、硫化氢和磷化氢含量、乙炔和氯化氢的摩尔比等主要影响因素对低汞触媒使用寿命的影响。

Abstract:The application of low-level mercury catalysts in vinyl chloride synthesis was introduced.The service life of low-level mercury catalysts was preliminarily studied.The control scheme of gas flow rate and temperature at different service stages of low-level mercury catalysts was determined.Meanwhile,the influencing factors of the service life of low-level mercury catalysts were analyzed,such as the temperature,the concentration of water,the concentration of H2S and PH3,the molar propotion of C2H2 and HC1,etc.
