摘    要:铁氧体材料在电子工业及现代信息产业各领域中应用广泛,在国民经济发展中起着十分重要的作用。轨道交通、新能源、电动汽车等的迅速发展不仅需要铁氧体材料有更高的性能,而且多样化的工程应用需要铁氧体材料具有更加多样化的几何外形,因此,近年来铁氧体的湿法成型成为研究的重点,本文主要分析了铁氧体流延成型、注射成型、挤出成型和注浆成型特点和研究进展。

Abstract:Ferrite materials are widely used in various fields of the electronics industry and the modern information industry, and play an important role in the development of the national economy. The rapid development of rail transit, new energy, electric vehicles, etc. not only requires higher performance of ferrite materials. Moreover, the diversified engineering applications require ferrite materials to have a more diverse geometric shape. Therefore, the wet forming of ferrite has become the focus of research in recent years. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics and research progress of ferrite wet molding process such as casting molding, injection molding, extrusion molding and grouting.
