| 摘 要： | 原始记录是检测数据的真实反映,是检测结果能够实现准确复现的重要依据,因此必须要保证原始记录的原始性、准确性、真实性和全面性。本文结合工作实际总结了一些原始记录容易出现的问题,为实验室如何填好原始记录提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | The original record is the true reflection of the test data and the important basis for the accurate reproduction of the test results.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the original,accuracy,authenticity and comprehensiveness of the original record.This paper summarizes some problems that are easy to appear in the original records based on the actual work,and provides a reference for the laboratory to fill in the original records. |
