摘    要:针对风电集群功率外送通道能力及电网向下调峰能力不足引起的弃风限电问题,首先从提高弃风消纳能力的角度出发,建立了风-储系统优化模型,考虑风电外送通道容量、电网风电接纳可行域的限制,提出了计及风电接纳可行域的电池储能提高风电外送及其消纳的控制策略。计及风电场群汇聚效应与风电外送通道容量的影响,提出了两种储能配置方案。最后基于三个风电场群的实际数据,对比分析两种方案的优劣性,结果表明本文所提的方法在满足风电功率外送通道容量,在电网风电接纳可行域极限值要求下,能够进一步改善弃风率,提高风电消纳水平。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of wind abandoning and power limiting caused by the power out-channel capacity of wind power cluster and the insufficient power grid's downward peak regulation capacity.In this paper,the wind-storage system optimization model is established from the perspective of improving the wind abandoning capacity.Considering the limitations of wind power outgoing channel capacity and downward peak adjustment margin of the power grid,the operation control strategy of wind power transmission and accommodation improvement by considering the battery energy storage in the feasible area of wind power acceptance is proposed.Taking into account the effect of clustering effect of wind generations,two kinds of configuration schemes of energy storage at different locations wind generations of are proposed.Finally,based on the actual data of three wind farm groups,the advantages and disadvantages of the two energy storage configuration schemes are compared and analyzed.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can further improve the wind abandoning rate when it meets the requirements of the capacity of the wind power outgoing channel and the limit of the feasible range of wind power acceptance in the grid.
