钢筋桁架混凝土楼板力学性能影响因素及综合性分析

摘    要:基于钢筋桁架混凝土楼板试验研究的基础上,数值模拟计算采用通用有限元Abaqus软件。通过与钢筋桁架混凝土楼板试验结果比对,验证了有限元模型的有效性。通过改变钢筋桁架混凝土楼板模型的钢筋桁架高度、有无模板及腹杆钢筋,以探讨其力性能影响因素。结果显示:钢筋桁架高度可影响楼板整体的刚度与承载力;由于模板对于混凝土的包裹作用,有效地提升楼板的整体变形能力;腹杆钢筋对塑性变形能力有一定的帮助作用,但其最终破坏形式是不会发生改变的。同时将现有的不同楼板形式与该新型楼板进行综合性对比,结果显示该新型楼板在成本、生产及施工方面均有一定的优势。

Abstract:This paper is based on research on tests of concrete slab reinforced with steel bar truss,and uses Abaqus finite element software for numerical simulation analysis.Validity of the finite element model is verified by comparison with the test results of reinforced truss concrete floors.Steel truss concrete floor height,models with and without formwork and web bars,are main factors to influence the performance.The results show that the steel bar truss height has a great effect on overall stiffness and bearing capacity.Formwork has a wrapping action on concrete,which can improve deformation capacity of the whole floor effectively.Diagonal steel reinforcement can improve plastic deformation capacity of the test pieces,but hardly change the failure modes of reinforced truss floors.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis of the new floor and different floor forms shows that the new floor has certain advantages in the cost,production and construction.
