摘    要:剪力键在深海工程中运用十分广泛,是连接钢管桩与上部横梁一种十分有效的方式,近年来,也逐渐运用于我国内河码头中。但对其受机制的研究,国内外相关规范中还未对其进行较为详细的阐述。基于弹性力学理论,结合钢管混凝土桩的变形特点,根据功能互等定律和变分原理,通过推导出桩顶到剪力键位置处该段桩芯混凝土的边缘应力函数,对单个键的受力机制进行深入分析,将其计算结果与Gebman的试验数据值相比较,其结果显示在桩径小于1.0 m时具有精度较高。该公式不仅为单个键的受力机制提供了理论基础,也为多个键的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Shear key is widely used in deep water.It is a very effective way to connect steel pipe pile and upper beam.In recent years,it was used in domestic river wharf,but it is not detailed in the relevant codes at home and abroad.Based on the theory of elasticity and the deformation characteristics of concrete filled steel tube pile,this paper analyses the force mechanism of single key,and compares with the test number of Gebman.The result shows that the accuracy of the solution is high,which not only lays a foundation for the force mechanism of a single key,but also provides a reference for the study of multiple keys.
