摘    要:对医用X辐射源空气比释动能率的测得值的不确定度评定,建立不确定度模型,分析和计算各分量的相对标准不确定度,得出空气比释动能率的合成标准不确定度及其扩展不确定度。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the measurement results of air kerma of medical diagnostic X-ral radiation source,the mathematical model was established,the relative standard uncertainty of each component was analyzed and calculated. Finally,the synthetic standard uncertainty and its extended uncertainty are obtained.
