| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the measurement results of air kerma of medical diagnostic X-ral radiation source,the mathematical model was established,the relative standard uncertainty of each component was analyzed and calculated. Finally,the synthetic standard uncertainty and its extended uncertainty are obtained. |
