摘    要:以改善一体式膜过滤器中膜过滤性能为目的,将搅拌引入膜过滤系统,设计新型的旋转切向流强化膜过滤.考察搅拌器的类型以及操作参数(搅拌速度、叶轮直径、膜管与搅拌轴之间的距离)对膜通量的影响,并比较旋转切向流膜过滤与错流膜过滤的能耗,为一体式膜过滤器的应用提供基础数据.

Abstract:In order to improve the membrane filtration performance of submerged membrane filters,rotary tangential flow was used for flux enhancement.Effects of stirrer shaps and operating parameters(agitation rate,impeller diameter,gap between membrane tube and stirrer) on membrane flux were investigated.Energy consumption of rotary tangential flow membrane filtration process was studied in comparison with conventional cross-flow membrane filtration process.All of these works will provide fundamental knowledge for the applications of submerged membrane filters.
