摘    要:用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)法对N80S抗硫油管钢在CO2、微量H2S共存条件下的腐蚀行为进行实验研究。结果发现:在膜的形成过程中硫化物腐蚀产物膜(FeS、FeS0.9)会优先形成,并能在一定程度上阻碍CO2腐蚀的发生;腐蚀产物膜平整、颗粒细小;平均腐蚀速率较大,且有轻度局部腐蚀发生。

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of N80S anti-sulfide tubing was studied in an environment containing carbon dioxide and a little hydrogen sulfide. The H2S played the major role in the reaction. FeS formed firstly during the progress of the experiment, it could resist the corrosion of CO2. Corrosion product films were regular. Average corrosion rate was high, and there was slight localized corrosion on the surface of N80S.
