| 摘 要： | 通过探讨城市总体规划和土地利用总体规划需要协调的内容,建立了"两规"的协调体系。客观上预想,通过"两规"规划指导思想、人口和用地规模、规划标准和规范、规划方法等的协调,亦可在规划技术层面实现"两规"的动态协调。

| Abstract: | This paper,by discussing the contents which need to be coordinated between the urban master plan and land use plan,establishes a coordination system between the two plans. Through the coordination of guiding ideologies,population,land area,planning standards as well as planning methods,it would realize the dynamic coordination between the two plans in technical aspect. |
