| 摘 要： | 探讨安全评价中法规标准的作用以及如何理解和把握法规标准的适用范围及含义,提出在引用相关标准时要关注的几个问题,即要引用最新版本的法规、标准,引用要具有针对性,同时注意标准的全面性,不能遗漏应该选用的标准。

| Abstract: | The act of the safety regulations and standards,how to understand exactly the meaning and how to apply the regulations and standards in appropriate fields are discussed.Some problems to be paid attention are put forward in quoting the related regulations and standards,that is,the quoted regulations and standards must be the latest edition,and must be of the pertinence and comprehensiveness. |
