摘    要:将TiO2分散到隔热保温吸音仿石涂料中制得了新型涂料。考察了TiO2的用量对隔热保温吸音仿石涂料的硬度、附着力、接触角、吸水率、耐冲击性等性能影响。以甲醛作为光催化降解模型污染物,评价了该涂料的光催化活性。结果表明,综合性能最好的是Ti2的质量分数为1%时的涂料,此时硬度为4 H、附着力为0级、接触角为75.86°、涂膜正反面耐冲击性分别为30 cm和15 cm、涂膜吸水率为1.42%。与不添加TiO2的涂料相比,加入TiO2的涂料对甲醛的降解率有显著提高,当TiO2的质量分数为2%时,光照100 min,涂料对甲醛的光催化降解率达到30.8%。

Abstract:A new type coating was prepared by scatter TiO2 to heat insulation sound-absorbing stone-like coatings. Effects of amount of TiO2 on the hardness, the adhesion, the contact angle, the water absorption, the impact resistance and other performances of heat insulation sound-absorbing stone-like coatings were investigated. Using methanal as pollutants of photocatalytic degradation, the photocatalytic activity of the coating was investigated. The results showed that, the combination property of coating was the best when mass fraction of TiO2 was 1% with the hardness, adhesion, contact angle, impact resistances of positive and negative of the paint film, water absorption of the paint film was 4 H, 0 class, 75.86°, 30 cm and 15 cm, 1.42%, respectively. Compared with coatings without TiO2, the coating with TiO2 had improved significantly for the degradation rate of methanal, and when mass fraction of TiO2 in the coating was 2%, light time was 100 min, photocatalytic degradation rate of the coating for methanal reached 30.8%.
