造纸机压榨部速差的现场检测与评估

摘    要:介绍了生产中实际可行的辊子及毛毯速度检测方法:接触式与非接触式;以及毛毯速度最佳测试点:包角中点。结合大量典型的现场测试数据,分析了压榨部存在5种类型的速差及速差可能产生的原因,给出了5种类型速差的评估标准和压榨部速差控制中心环节的建议。大量的速差测试数据以及理论分析对造纸工作者在实际生产中分析和控制速差具有较强的参考意义。

Abstract:The practical on-site measurement methods of the rolls and felts in press section are contact test and non-contact test. The best measurement point for a felt should be the central contact point of the warping angle. Based on so much of on-site measurement data from the typical press configurations, the result indicating there are five different types of speed difference in the press section(and the possible root causes). The assessment criterion of the five types of speed differences and suggestion of the key points of speed difference control in press rection were discussed. As many of the data and the analysis were totally beyond our habitual thinking, it would be really practical and helpful for papermakers to analysis and control the speed difference problem in press section.
