摘    要:针对锂离子电池生产废水的特点,采用“混凝沉淀+缺氧+MBR+消毒”的工艺进行处理.实际运行效果表明,出水COD为20mg/L,NH3-N,SS、TP的质量浓度分别为3.2.6,0.03mg/L,达到GB/T18920-2002中的水质指标.该工艺处理效果优良,系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷,运行费用较低,按处理规模274m^3/d计,运行成本为1.12元/m^3。

Research of Lithium Ion Battery Industrial Wastewater Treatment Effect

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of the lithium ion battery industrial wastewater, the process of'coagulation sedimentation + anaerobic +MBR+ disinfection' was adopted. The practical treatment effect indicated that, the effluent COD, mass concentration of NH3-N, SS and TP was 20 mg/L, 3, 2.6 and 0.03 mg/L respectively, which met the water quality index of GB/T 18920 - 2002. The process had good effect, stable operation, impact load and low running cost, according to the treatment scale of 274 m^3d, the operation cost was 1.12 yuan/m^3.
