摘    要:采用臭氧氧化预处理和生物强化技术对E-A/O工艺处理某液晶面板厂区尾水进行优化,考察不同组合工艺对污染物的去除效果。结果表明,臭氧氧化和生物强化手段均可使工艺对废水中COD的去除能力得到提升,去除率可达60%,出水COD可降低至18.0 mg/L,达到GB 3838-2002地表水Ⅲ类标准。2种强化方式对氮指标的去除效果影响不大,NH4+^-N、NO3-^-N和TN去除率保持稳定,NH4+^-N去除率约为50%,NO3-^-N和TN去除率约为70%。生物强化处理与物化手段相比具有低成本、高效率的优点,而且易操作、针对性强。

Abstract:Ozonation pretreatment and bioaugmentation technique was adopted to optimize the ecological vegetation-A/O combined process(E-A/O)for treating thin film transistor liquid cyrstal display(TFT-LCD)manufacturing wastewater,and the removal efficiency by different combined processes was investigated.The results showed that,Both the ozonation and bioaugmentation could improve the removal capacity of COD in the wastewater,the removal rate reached 60.0%,the COD in effluent could be reduced to 18.0 mg/L,which met the III standard of surface water of GB 3838-2002.The two enhanced methods had little effect on nitrogen removal,the removal rate of NH4+^-N,NO3-^-N and TN maintained stable,NH4+^-N removal rate was about 50%,and NO3-^-N and TN removal rate was around 70.0%.The bioaugmentation treatment have advantages of low cost,high efficiency,easy operation and targeted clearly compared to physicochemical method.
