浙江省城镇污水处理厂清洁排放标准提标方案探讨

摘    要:介绍了浙江某城镇污水处理厂清洁排放标准提标的设计方案。在分析目前进出水水质的基础上,提出通过提升原有工艺运行方式强化氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除,通过新建臭氧催化氧化工程强化COD去除能力,提标后的出水可以达到浙江省城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准(DB 33/2169-2018)。根据臭氧催化氧化工艺特点,可以间歇运行应对不同时段的水质需求,进一步降低运行成本。改造后将增加运营成本为0.32元/m3,具有良好的经济、环境和社会效益。

Abstract:The design scheme of standard improvement for clean discharge was introduced ina sewage treatment plant at Zhejiang province.Based on the analysis of current influent and effluent quality,improving the operation mode of the original process was used to enhance the removal of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus,and building the new ozone catalytic oxidation project enhanced the removal of COD.The effluent could meet the discharge standards of major water pollutants in urban sewage treatment plants of Zhejiang province(DB 33/2169-2018)after upgrading and reconstruction.Operating costs are further reduced through intermittent running of equipment by characteristics of ozone catalytic oxidation.The addition running costs were 0.32 yuan/m3 after upgrading and reconstruction,which showed good economic,environmental and social benefits.
