厌氧氨氧化菌的保藏与活性恢复研究进展

摘    要:对目前所报道的厌氧氨氧化菌的保藏与活性恢复进行了总结,比较了各种保藏与恢复工艺的优势与不足,概述了保藏时间、温度、保护剂及底物基质对菌群的影响,阐明了温度、底物基质、反应器类型及外加条件对菌群活性恢复的影响,分析了保藏和活性恢复期间微生物群落的交替.认为可通过对厌氧氨氧化菌和其他功能菌的联合保藏与活性恢复进行研究,完善各类功能菌的保藏与活性恢复技术;筛选开发耐饥饿性强,活性恢复速度快的功能菌;根据厌氧氨氧化菌及其他功能菌的生理特性建立在线监测和调控技术,实时调控工程运行,从而实现低能耗处理氨氮废水。

Abstract:The current preservation and activity recovery of anaerobic ammonia oxidation(ANAMMOX) bacteria were summarized, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various preservation and recovery processes, the effects of storage time, temperature, protectant and substrate matrix on the bacteria groups were summarized. In addition, the effects of temperature, substrate matrix, reactor type and external conditions on the recovery of bacterial activity were clarified. At the same time, the main changes of microorganisms during preservation and activity recovery were analyzed. It considered that the preservation and activity recovery technology of all kinds of functional bacteria should be perfected through the research of joint preservation and activity recovery of ANAMMOX bacteria and other functional bacteria;the functional bacteria with strong resistance to hunger and fast activity recovery rate should be screened and developed;Based on the physiological properties of ANAMMOX bacteria and other functional bacteria, an online monitoring and control system can be established to control the actual operation of the process, to realize ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment with low energy consumption.
