摘    要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)是常用的上浆原料,可生化性极低。采用淀粉为共基制,对螺旋对称流厌氧反应器处理PVA废水效能以及共基质与PVA最佳浓度比进行了研究:淀粉浓度:PVA浓度为1.875:1时,COD和PVA去除率最高,可达55.2%和46.8%;HRT分别为92 h、74~47 h和41~35 h时,COD平均去除率分别为79.7%、59.9%和58.2%,相应PVA平均去除率由30.9%缓慢降至26.2%,再迅速降至19.1%;厌氧生物法处理PVA废水时,缩短HRT至47 h以上,PVA去除率下降缓慢;SSSAB运行期间未出现酸化现象,能长期稳定运行。

Abstract:Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)iscommonsizing material with very low biodegradability.Used starch as co-substrate,the efficiency of PVA wastewater treatment by spiral symmetry stream anaerobic bioreactor and the optimal concentration ratio of co-substrate and PVA were studied.When the starch concentration/PVA concentration was 1.875:1,the removal rate of COD and PVA was the highest,reaching 55.2%and 46.8%respectively;when HRT were 92 h,74~47 h and 41~35 h,the average removal rates of COD were 79.7%,59.9%and 58.2%,respectively,while the correspondingaverage removal rates of PVA slowly decreased from 30.9%to 26.2%,and then quickly dropped to 19.1%.There was no acidification during the operation of SSSAB,which could run stably for a long time.
