臭氧-膜耦合处理氰化提金磨矿废水的应用

摘    要:采用臭氧与膜技术相耦合的方法处理金精矿氰化提金过程中产生的碱浸废水。经过两级臭氧处理将污水中的COD由1 500 mg/L降低至150 mg/L以下;经过膜处理将污水中的污染物彻底去除,达到排放标准GB 8978-1996排放标准。通过系统的处理使氰化提金工艺循环水中的离子得到平衡,提金工艺运行正常。处理费用虽然较高(16元/t),但保证了整个提金工艺的有序进行。

Abstract:Alkali leaching wastewater from cyanidation of gold concentrate was treated by ozone coupled with membrane technology.COD in sewage was significantly reduced from 1 500 mg/L to blow 150 mg/L by two-stage ozone,and the pollutants in sewage were further removed by membrane treatment to meet the discharge standards of GB 8978-1996.The ions in circulating water were in equilibrium after the treatment,and the gold extraction process operated normally.The treatment cost was higher of 16 yuan/t,but kept the whole gold extraction process orderly.
